How will you deliver my order?

Orders placed with  Gabe and Jon are shipped using the one of the following delivery services: Royal Mail, Hermes or DHL. All parcels despatched by Royal Mail and DHL are usually delivered Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

You should receive your order within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK and 3-5 days to the Rest of World for orders placed before 3.30pm UK time.

For busy periods such as Valentines, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas, general sales, black Friday sales and other notable days please allow additional 2-3 days for orders to be delivered.

Please note that personalised orders can take an additional 3-5 working days to process.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact delivery date. However, we will provide you with regular updates via email as to when your shipment will be delivered. 

Are shipping costs included in the indicated prices?

Yes, shipping is included in the cost for orders placed within Mainland UK. However for the rest of the world this may vary from product to product.

Can I track my order?

Yes, it is possible to track your order. As soon as your order has left our depot, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This will include a parcel tracking number that allows you to track the shipment. If you do not receive an email with a package tracking number, please check your spam folder first. You can then contact our Customer Service with the order number.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a different delivery address from the one provided at the time of purchase.
